Intake and booking data

Please share only what is needed to explain your goal. Do not include confidential client information, passwords or other sensitive details.

After you agree, ElevenLabs processes the messages or speech you send to the AI assistant. You can skip the assistant and use the contact form or book directly.

Your conversation stays visible in this browser while you use it. A draft may be saved during the conversation. When you submit your reviewed summary and contact details using Finish and send summary, it is saved in Eric’s enquiry queue and automatically emailed to you with Eric copied. You can download the PDF without submitting or booking. The contact form shares the note you submit.

Saved enquiries and consent records are stored in this website’s database. The session cookie lasts one day. Resend processes the name, email address and reviewed summary to send your HTML recap and PDF. The full conversation transcript is not included in that email. Email request records are kept to track the result and prevent duplicate sends. The separate contact form saves your note to Eric’s enquiry queue and automatically emails a branded copy and PDF to you with Eric copied.

TidyCal handles bookings and its usual confirmation emails. The site does not send duplicate booking notifications.

How long we keep your information

Advisor conversation transcripts are retained in ElevenLabs without an automatic expiry. Saved drafts, reviewed summaries, contact details and consent records are also kept without an automatic expiry so we can refer back to your enquiry and follow up. The one-day session cookie controls browser access; its expiry does not delete these records.

Audio is processed during a voice conversation, but call audio recording is disabled. The site does not store raw audio recordings.

Requesting deletion

To request deletion, email eric@opti-mind.ai. Include the email address you used and the approximate date of your conversation or enquiry. If you did not provide contact details, include the date, approximate time and enough context to help us locate your conversation. Please do not send sensitive information.

Eric will verify the request, identify the relevant records and coordinate deletion from the website and connected services where applicable. Deleting a website enquiry alone does not remove an ElevenLabs transcript, a TidyCal booking or an email already delivered. We will explain what has been deleted and any remaining records or provider restrictions. Copies you downloaded or received in your own inbox remain under your control.
