What we collect and why

If you use the Advisor, ElevenLabs processes your typed messages or speech and retains the conversation transcript. The website saves drafts and reviewed summaries to support your enquiry. If you submit the contact form or share a summary, we collect the name, email address and information you choose to provide so Eric can respond and prepare for a conversation.

Sharing a summary or contact note sends a branded email and PDF to you with Eric copied. Resend handles delivery. The email contains your submitted summary or note, not the full Advisor transcript. You can download an Advisor summary without booking a call or sharing it.

Services involved

The website uses hosted storage for saved enquiries and consent records. ElevenLabs provides the Advisor conversation service. Resend sends summary and contact emails. TidyCal handles bookings and booking confirmations, including information you enter in its calendar. These providers process information as part of providing their services.

Retention and deletion

Advisor transcripts, saved drafts, summaries and contact details have no automatic expiry. They remain available for reference and follow-up unless deleted following a request or another necessary review. Call audio recording is disabled.

You can request deletion at eric@opti-mind.ai. We will verify your request and coordinate removal of relevant records from the website and connected services where applicable. We will tell you what was removed and explain any remaining records or provider restrictions. We cannot recall emails already delivered to you or delete files you downloaded.

Cookies and access

The intake session cookie lasts one day and supports access to your current enquiry. Its expiry does not delete saved information. The private preview also requires sign-in through its hosting service. Embedded services such as TidyCal may use their own cookies and storage.

Your choices

Using the Advisor is optional. You can use the contact form, book directly or email Eric. Please avoid including confidential client information, passwords, financial account details or sensitive personal information in the Advisor or contact form.

If our handling of information changes, we will update this notice and its date.
